Within the Olympia destination, Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. As a new opening, the hotel presents an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and be part of the opening of a landmark new hotel.
Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role
* Provide personalised and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and preferences to create memorable experiences
* Take responsibility for the setup, smooth operation, and closing of the bar
* Maintain strong knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations, to confidently advise guests
* Follow departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service consistency and quality
* Promote and upsell premium drinks, special offers, and food pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
About You
Previous experience as a bartender in a premium hospitality environment is preferred. You have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
