Support Worker Pay rate: £12.44- £12.98 per hour Shift pattern: 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am (Mon to Sun) A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest! We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Coventry .This person has Brain Injury and complex clinical needs such as gastrostomy care, tracheostomy care and relies on a consistent team who truly understand them. What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine. What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include: Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 basis Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing Supporting communication in the way that works best for them Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.
