We have a fantastic opportunity for an active enthusiast of heights to join our team in Adventure Climb in Redhill as a Climbing Team Member. Adventure Climb is our state-of-the-art climbing facility making us the ultimate destination for climbers in Surrey and beyond.
It is the perfect role for a dynamic, motivated and fun people person, who thrives in high-pace, high- energy environment. As a Climbing Team Member you will share your passion for sport, provide top-notch experience for climbing fans of all skill levels and ensure the time spent with us is fun and safe.

How we will keep you busy:
* You will provide instructions and guidance to climbers of all ages, skills and abilities,
* You will engage with our guests, inspire and motivate them to reach new heights and achieve their goals,
* Support Climbing Instructor with safety briefs,
* Adhere to Health & Safety rules and procedures at all times,
* Fit climbers with safety equipment
* Create a fun and inclusive environment, where everyone feels welcome and supported
About You:
* Downright people person who can communicate with people at all levels,
* Self-motivated, proactive and open to learning,
* Experience of working with groups of all ages and abilities,
* Flexibility to work as part of shift rota, including mornings, evenings and weekends,
* Experience in climbing beneficial but not essential
