Your daily responsibilities will include: Supervising prisoners in all aspects of prison wing activity. Overseeing work and education programs, encouraging participation. Handling operational matters such as headcounts, cell searches, and security. Managing prisoners at risk of self-harm. Working Conditions

Your journey begins with an online assessment. If successful, you’ll be invited to a virtual competency-based interview and assessments in Maths and English. After passing these, you’ll attend a Welcome Briefing at HMP Fosse Way, followed by a Group Session, Mobility Assessment, and a Prison Tour. Once you’ve completed the assessments, you’ll embark on a
10-week Initial Training Course (ITC)
