Role Description:
This is a part-time role as a Customer Service Representative at Jigsaw Finance. The role will involve;
* Speaking to customers to answer inbound enquiries and queries
* Calling customer to run through a structured call to discuss the terms of their finance offer
* Using our CRM to update customer records
* Assessing customer finance needs and sending customers to lenders to secure a finance approval
* Communicating with employees and introducers via. Telephone and Microsoft Teams
The role involves building strong relationships with dealers and customers to support their buying decisions and individual circumstances.
The Role:
* The role will involve between 12-20 hours per week
* Every Saturday and Sunday (required) plus time Monday to Friday
* Training required in the office Monday to Friday before starting the rota
* Office locations in Stoke on Trent, Macclesfield and Ashton
Skills:
* Previous Customer Service skills and / or Administrative Experience
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* IT proficient and experience of using CRM's
