About the Role
As a Behaviour Management Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs
* Implement behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
* Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and SENCOs
* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support
* Promote a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate
We want to hear from you if you have:
* Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour (school, youth work, PRU, residential care, coaching, etc.)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A resilient, patient, and empathetic approach
* Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
* A genuine passion for helping young people grow and succeed
Team-Teach, PBM, MAPA, or similar behaviour-support training is highly desirable, but not essential.
