What’s involved?
Enrol with Teaching Personnel and Best Practice Network (BPN) and begin with a comprehensive induction. Over the course of almost a full academic year you will work towards achieving a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a primary school setting in Salisbury. Following this, you will move on to a 3‑month fast‑track HLTA qualification to advance your professional journey.

Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
2. Commitment to completing the induction, Level 3 qualification, and 3‑month HLTA fast‑track program.
3. Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or willingness to undertake one.
4. Willingness to undergo safeguarding checks in accordance with DfE statutory guidance.
Additional Information
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position; in some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
