We are seeking a proactive and driven Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on people management, employee development, and ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the production area. With a strong development pathway in place, this position offers the opportunity to grow into a Production Manager role for the right candidate.
You'll be responsible for coordinating training, maintaining high health & safety standards, ensuring process efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to bring out the best in people and lead by example will be key to success in this role.

* Lead and motivate production teams to meet daily targets and drive a high-performance culture
* Manage employee relations and support team development through coaching and performance reviews
* Coordinate onboarding and training programs, and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Monitor production schedules, manage workflow, and resolve operational issues efficiently
* Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations
* Use ERP systems (ideally SAP) for planning, inventory management, and performance reporting
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
* Experience in training coordination and SOP development
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations and practices
* Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
* Desirable: exposure to lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality systems
