Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing general administrative support to the office team
2. Data entry and maintaining accurate records
3. Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
4. Filing, scanning and document management
5. Assisting with scheduling, bookings and general office coordination
6. Supporting other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
7. Previous administration experience preferred but not essential
8. Strong organisational and time management skills
9. Good communication skills, both written and verbal
10. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
