The Role
With Kia focusing on being leaders in digital solutions, the role of Dealer Digital Marketing Executive is a great opportunity to work on newest digital marketing activations (including video creation) to support both national and dealer activity, helping to drive both showroom footfall and conversions.
This role will support the Tactical and Dealer Marketing Manager and other Marketing Managers with the development and implementation of Kia UK Limited’s (KUK) Marketing plans to become Leaders in Digital Solutions including Digital Showroom POS, Kia Marketing Portal and elements of CRM with the aim of building a loyal Kia customer database, driving sales and converting prospects to next generation Kia owners.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
General
1. Working in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders and supporting the team to ensure that the marketing programmes and strategies are developed to the business objectives of each of the above Channels.
2. Supporting the creation of bespoke marketing materials, within agreed strategic requirements for usage.
3. Involved in the briefing process – from brief to approval and undertake the development of materials.
4. Assist with reporting and budget tracking.
Dealer Marketing (60-80% of work load)
5. Manage & Support the Showcase & Digital POS content, ensuring it remains always up to date and relevant.
6. Creation and maintenance of 360 digital assets & ensuring earliest available reference photos for new vehicles/derivatives.
7. Ownership of Dealer Digital Solutions content and reporting including Digital POS and Marketing Portal.
8. Enhancing Dealer & Customer usage of the these digital tools.
9. Reporting and analysis of usage, downtime, troubleshooting, etc.
10. Supporting the development of Creative assets for both National and Dealer templates .
11. Involved in the creation of Media assets for specific campaigns.
12. Website content creation, monitoring of key metrics and the generation of HTML e-mail campaigns/templates for National and Dealer.
13. Support a range of events including national, regional and dealer events.
14. Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on the success of actions by channel.
CRM (20-40% of work load)
15. Assist with the development of Digital Product Brochures and Spec Sheets.
16. Assist with enhancing the website customer journey from emails through to conversion.
17. Support on National campaign/competition emails for Events, New Car Launches and Offers.
18. Support & Manage Dealer emails via Kia Contact.
About You
19. Educated to degree level or equivalent preferred.
20. Automotive experience required and an understanding of project management is highly beneficial.
21. Broad spectrum of automotive knowledge across functions.
22. High energy, driven, self-starter and well-motivated.
23. Demonstrate effectiveness in working cross functionally.
24. Organised with a high level of attention to detail and results driven.
25. Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and willingness to explore different paths to achieve outcome.
26. Ability to manage budgets, schedules and in preparing estimates.
27. Adjust quickly to new circumstances, challenges and ability to handle ambiguity.
28. A team player working on multiple projects supporting various initiatives.
29. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Location/Travel
The Kia UK Head Office is based in Walton-on-Thames, just a 5 minute walk from the station. We also have plenty of on-site parking for drivers, including EV charging ports.
