About the Role: Work closely with Class Teachers and other Teaching Assistants to deliver engaging lessons and support learning Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for learners with SEMH needs Occasionally deliver lessons to a small class, maintaining a calm, structured, and nurturing environment Support pupils' emotional well-being, social skills, and engagement with learning Contribute to the school's inclusive ethos and supportive cultureWhat We're Looking For: GCSEs in Maths and English (level 9-4 / level 2) Level 3 TA qualification, NQF/QCF/RQF, or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or additional needs A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to behaviour and learning support Excellent communication and teamwork skillsTo Be Eligible You Must: Hold the Right to Work in the UK Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate Provide two professional child-related references Be confident communicating with pupils, families, and colleagues in accurate spoken English Please submit your up-to-date CV to be considered.
