Training & Competence Manager Location: Remote (Midlands-based with travel required) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience We’re looking for an experienced Training & Competence Manager to join our team at Radiant. In this role, you’ll provide oversight and structure to the training and competence framework for our financial planners, ensuring they achieve and maintain competence through tailored development and training programs. You’ll play a key part in onboarding new advisers, managing T&C processes, and delivering engaging training sessions—both one-to-one and group-based.
