Role Purpose
Manage Integrated Communications Planning for Danone UK&I Baby brands, delivering high‑impact marketing campaigns and ongoing TTL activities. Direct the development of comms strategy, creative ideation, and media channel planning, ensuring communication assets are launched on time, within budget and with maximum efficiency.
Key Activities
* Implement and manage the ICP process – ensure teams and agencies follow templates and procedures; collaborate with Planning Manager and experience team.
* Lead cross‑agency and cross‑functional squad meetings to coordinate workstreams and drive agencies forward.
* Own project timelines and ensure delivery is managed within Wrike.
* Guide projects from brief through post‑campaign review.
* Integrate activation plans across shopper and communication touchpoints.
* Set clear KPIs for all touchpoints; provide regular reporting and optimisation.
* Govern communications within the category – lead CCM/BCM meetings and manage stakeholder sign‑offs at each ICP step.

* Experience with agile methodologies in marketing or media environments; proficient in Wrike.
* Strong relationship management at all levels and alignment across teams and agencies.
* Highly organised, adaptable and accountable for measurable outcomes.
Salary Bracket £63,000 – £72,000 plus car allowance & bonus.
