We are looking for dedicated and compassionate SEND Teachers to join schools across Feltham, starting as soon as possible. Duties as a SEND Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of SEND pupils Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to provide consistent care and guidance Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to support each child’s development Ideal SEND Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with children with special educational needs (preferred) Strong communication and organisational skills as a SEND Teacher.
