Client Relationship Manager - We're Hiring: Financial Services Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join one of our acquired Wealth Management business units in Leicester on a permanent basis. This role is office-based with occasional work from home (upon completion of probation), as agreed with your line manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients alongside a wealth management consultant. You will work as part of a team of Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) to assist consultants in proactively managing our clients' financial affairs within agreed procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
* Have a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a similar role
* Possess an understanding of financial services, including investments, pensions, and estate planning
* Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
* Ability to proactively manage client affairs promptly and efficiently
* Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and precise communication, both verbally and in writing, at all levels
* Organized approach with the ability to prioritize workload and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work effectively in a team within an open office environment

The role is vital to the success of Mattioli Woods. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will provide excellent customer service and administrative support to all parties involved in the business.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Working closely with consultants to support and meet clients' needs
* Preparing for client meetings, including coordinating work with team members
* Attending client meetings and taking notes (on/off site)
* Coordinating action points from meetings and completing required work
* Communicating with clients via phone and email
* Researching and collating information related to advice given to clients
* Liaising with insurance companies regarding client queries
* Requesting illustrations for new and existing business
* Processing new business within compliant procedures and policies
* Updating client records and maintaining system and electronic folder organization
* Using cashflow modelling software to assist in wealth management and estate planning
