HGV Class 2 Driver - On going work with the potential to go permanent. We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client based in Newbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HGV 2 driver with an immediate start available. Further Information About The Role: Monday to Friday Typical working hours: 08:00 - 18:00 Delivering stones, gravel, turf, and garden furniture Deliveries to both residential and commercial customers 10-12 drops per day Vehicle will be pre-loaded, however you will be required to unload using pump trucks and tail lifts This is a hands-on HGV 2 role requiring good time management and customer interaction Pay & Benefits: £18.00 per hour (standard rate) Overtime available: Saturdays: £25.50 per hour Sundays: £34.00 per hour Weekly pay After 12 weeks (permanent contract): Salary increases to £33,164.04 per year £50 weekly attendance bonus Requirements: Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence Valid CPC qualification Valid Digital Tachograph Card Minimum 1 year HGV Class 2 driving experience Flexibility If you're an experienced HGV 2 driver looking for a stable role with excellent earning potential and the chance to go permanent, apply today!
