Complex Care Assistant Job Overview Location: Tunbridge Wells and surrounding area Hourly Rate: £15.00 to £16.83 per hour Shifts available: Part- time, flexible with possibility of set shifts a week Schedule: Flexibility to work shifts, including Monday to Friday and alternate weekends Full time or part time hours available throughout the day: 7:00am- 2:30pm 2:30pm- 10:00pm 7:00am- 10:00pm 6:00pm- 10:00pm plus sleep in night 8:00am- 8:00pm 8:00pm- 8:00am Complex Care Assistants within the team may be required to take part in the on call rota. This is being at call - on standby should assistance be needed. To help look after a young adults with day - to -day living to promote their own independence. At Continuity of Care Services, we are proud to adopt a person-centric approach to care. Throughout the working day you will be working alongside another Complex Care Assistant or provide 1 to 1 care. We are looking for individuals who have had previous experience with: Working with individuals who can display behaviours that challenge, and learning disability PEG Autism Anxiety Cerebral Palsy Medication Catheter & Stoma Makaton Moving & handling Former experience and awareness is preferred but training will be given otherwise.
