Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and the public.
* Qualify and understand customer requirements, advise on completion times and collection arrangements.
* Progress vehicle repairs through the workshop, communicating effectively with workshop control to meet deadlines.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, converting these into bookings.
* Keep customers informed about repair and service progress through various communication channels.
* Sell products, services, and repair work professionally, achieving all objectives.
* Invoice completed work and process payments as required.
* Work collaboratively to meet departmental objectives and KPIs.
* Use dealer and manufacturer systems to capture data and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of high customer satisfaction.
* Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
* Strong IT skills; experience with databases is desirable.
* Ability to work under targets, deadlines, and pressure.
* Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
* Team player attitude.
* Valid driving license with minimal penalties.
