Our well-established client in Loughton is looking for a proactive Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to drive brand engagement across digital platforms and support wider marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
1. Plan and deliver engaging monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
2. Create eye-catching visuals using Canva
3. Respond to candidate interactions and direct enquiries to relevant teams
4. Monitor performance and compile monthly analytics reports
Analytics & Reporting
5. Track and report key metrics (unique visitors, page views, engagement)
6. Collaborate with management to assess team activity on social platforms
7. Monitor lead generation from digital campaigns and website forms
Email Marketing
8. Support automated campaigns targeting prospective employees and clients
9. Design and execute segmented email campaigns
10. Maintain branded email templates for consistent communication
Website & Content Management
11. Write and publish blog posts with stakeholder input
12. Update website visuals and content as needed
13. Track and report on inbound website enquiries
Events & Sponsorships
14. Organise internal and client events
15. Source and manage gifts for clients and employee milestones
16. Coordinate sponsorships and fundraising initiatives
Additional Marketing Support
17. Design marketing collateral (posters, brochures, business cards)
18. Train colleagues on LinkedIn branding tools and content creation
19. Lead Google Reviews initiatives to boost online reputation
20. Assist with ad hoc projects including branded documents and event materials
About You:
21. Proven experience in social media planning and content creation
22. Proficient in Canva or similar design platforms
23. Strong understanding of social media and basic website analytics
24. Excellent copywriting and communication skills
25. Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems (desirable)
26. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
