We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
* Oversee food preparation and culinary processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and patrons.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, striving for complete satisfaction.
* Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management strategies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Some knowledge of kitchen operations.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

* Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
* Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage management is advantageous.
