What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day kitchen operations Prepare fresh, nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs Plan menus that residents enjoy and look forward to Manage stock, suppliers, and budgets Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards Lead, support, and organise the kitchen team (rotas & supervision) Support events and special occasions within the home What We’re Looking For Experience in a care or similar environment Catering qualification Food hygiene certification Strong organisation and leadership skills A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Why Join Us?
