We're seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Principal Associate, (7 PQE) to join our leading Real Estate team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading real estate practices, taking on high-quality work, engaging with major clients, and playing a key role in the continued success of our national team. The role You will deliver a wide range of general and specialist non-contentious commercial property advice. You will manage your own caseload, supervise junior colleagues, and work closely with partners on complex, high-value transactions. Our clients span both the private and public sectors, giving you exposure to the full spectrum of commercial property work. You'll be trusted to build strong, long-lasting client relationships and enjoy a varied, stimulating mix of matters from day one. Your will also work with our construction, planning, real estate disputes, tax, corporate, environmental, and procurement teams, as well as colleagues in our national Built Environment sector.
