Job Description
My client is seeking an Application Support Specialist focused on providing strong operational support to the organization. The role involves developing and implementing technology solutions in a business environment, specifically related to system support, ERP, and software development using various technologies.
Responsibilities
1. Provide support for large and complex business change programs, including system and application support across diverse environments.
2. Manage and support ERP systems.
3. Work with Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases.
4. Develop and implement software solutions, focusing on problem-solving and innovation.
5. Allocate approximately 60% of time to project work and 40% to support activities.
Required Skills
* Experience in developing technology solutions for large and complex business change programs.
* Knowledge of ERP environments.
* Experience with Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases.
* Strong problem-solving skills to provide effective software solutions.
