Hays Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Traffic Marshal with an NPORS qualification and CSCS card to join our team in Bristol. As a Traffic Marshal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic movement on our construction sites.
Your new role
1. Directing and managing the flow of vehicles and pedestrians on site.
2. Ensuring the safety of all site personnel and visitors.
3. Monitoring and controlling access to the site.
4. Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the site manager.
5. Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
6. Helping out around the site.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Valid NPORS Traffic Marshal certification and physical CSCS card.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. High attention to detail and safety awareness.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
