We welcome applications from candidates currently in Pensions Operations Management or Pensions Client Management roles who are eager to progress to Senior Client Managers.
This position can be based in Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast, Reading, Birmingham, Bristol, or Croydon, with a hybrid workstyle.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a portfolio of admin-only clients.
* Manage and support client relationship management teams.
* Partner effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
* Communicate across various mediums with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Lead new client propositions and improvement initiatives.
* Support transformation and implementation projects.
* Present on pensions administration and technology services.
* Manage risks and governance frameworks.
* Build strategic stakeholder relationships.
* Advise colleagues and stakeholders technically.
* Utilize data and MI for decision-making.
* Support project and operational management to meet client expectations.
* Ensure governance compliance.
* Develop knowledge of Isio’s services and opportunities.
* Maintain effective portfolio management information and reports.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in risk management and business acumen.
* Strong client leadership and partnership skills.
* Ability to identify growth opportunities and support commercial planning.
* Knowledge of non-BAU opportunities in pensions.
* Financial skills including negotiation and P&L management.
* Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
* Proven project management and solution implementation experience.
* Detail-oriented and pragmatic.
* Collaborative, transparent, and inclusive mindset.
* Organized with good decision-making skills.
