This opportunity is to work in a market -leading commercial / tech team on projects at the forefront of digital transformation, life sciences, FinTech, and AI.
You’ll get involved in:
* Complex licensing, collaboration and technology transfer deals
* High-value IT and telecoms projects for blue chip clients
* Cutting-edge IP and data protection issues, including GDPR compliance
* Supporting leading universities, research institutions and entrepreneurial tech businesses
What experience is required:
* 4+ PQE (flex) with solid experience in IP, IT, gaming, data protection and commercial matters
* Involvement in marketing activities
* Confidence in handling client relationships and managing transactions end-to-end
