Funded by local property owners and businesses, they deliver projects that improve safety, cleanliness, marketing, and public spaces. Role Description
A newly created opportunity to lead communications and marketing for two high-profile Business Improvement Districts (BIDs): Knightsbridge Partnership and King’s Road Partnership. You’ll work with over 450 businesses (e.g. Harrods, Cadogan, Peter Jones) to deliver effective marketing, member engagement, and brand development campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Member Engagement
* Deliver and refine the BID marketing strategy to promote services and events
* Maintain accurate CRM records, support member visits and business relationship management
* Lead content creation for weekly member newsletters (Mailchimp), including liaising with businesses
* Support the 2025/26 BID renewal ballot through communications targeting key decision-makers
Marketing & Campaigns
* Manage and collaborate with social media agencies (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), track KPIs
* Coordinate marketing initiatives including design, production, and campaign timelines
* Lead on managing and growing the Knightsbridge and King’s Road Privilege Card schemes
Digital & Content
* Manage both corporate and consumer websites, ensuring relevant, engaging content
* Produce written content and digital reports; use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp etc.)
* Deliver and track the Knightsbridge consumer newsletter The Edit and monthly performance reporting
Events & Stakeholder Relations
* Support event logistics (venue hire, invites, guest management)
* Represent BIDs professionally at events, gather feedback, and improve member participation
* Liaise with stakeholders to share event info and opportunities across BID channels
Administration
* Contribute to quarterly Board Papers, reporting, and inventory tracking
* Track engagement and campaign metrics to demonstrate return on investment
* Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and internal documentation
Person Specification
Essential
* Proficient written and spoken English
* CRM and stakeholder relationship management experience
* Strong social media and digital marketing skills
* Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Proficient in MS Office; familiar with Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and WordPress
Desirable
* Arabic speaking (not essential)
* Experience in a BID, membership organisation, or local authority
* Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Photoshop, InDesign)
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and CMS systems
