Night Support Worker
Location: The Forum School, Blandford Forum, Dorset
Salary: £40,814 (unqualified) to £42,296 (qualified)* Salary includes 1 x 12-hour overtime shift per week.
Base salary: £30,074 – £31,166 (without overtime)
Shift Pattern: 4 nights on, 4 off

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Night Support Worker, you will:
* Empower young people to build life skills, confidence, and independence
* Create a safe, nurturing environment where they can flourish
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care
* Act as a positive role model, supporting education and social activities
* Help structure daily routines that promote wellbeing and safety
