We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced history teacher to lead our department. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and inspiring educator with a proven track record of success. They will have a deep understanding of the history curriculum and a commitment to providing students with a high-quality education.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction for the history department
* Develop and implement a rigorous and engaging history curriculum
* Teach history lessons to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students
* Support and develop other history teachers
* Represent the history department at school events and meetings
Qualifications and Experience
* QTS or PGCE
* 5+ years of teaching experience
* Experience of leading a history department
The salary for this role will be commensurate with experience.
