Standard working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to FridayDuties:
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding vehicle servicing and repairs
Managing workshop appointments and ensuring effective job organisation
Preparing and issuing invoices, quotes, warranty claims, and parts orders
Leveraging Garage Management System and OneLink software for workshop administration
Communicating effectively with technicians to coordinate service delivery
Explaining technical repairs and recommendations to customers in a clear, professional manner
Assisting with workshop organisation and stepping into supervisory responsibilities when required
Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service qualityRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
Familiarity with Garage Management Software and OneLink experience is advantageous
Full UK driving licence; vehicle movement responsibilities may be required
Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, customer-centric environment
Professional attitude and strong work ethic, with a focus on team collaboration
