We are working with a prestigious Tier One M&E Contractor delivering complex, high-value engineering projects across London. The business is currently leading a £30m critical services design & build scheme in Southwest London on a two-year programme, alongside a strong pipeline of secured work.

Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture on site
Manage mechanical design from concept through to completion
Support pre-construction planning, programming and procurement strategies
Oversee mechanical procurement and supply chain activities
Take full ownership of mechanical delivery on site
Manage budgets, forecasts, variations and value engineering opportunities
Implement and maintain robust quality assurance procedures
Lead, mentor and develop engineers, supervisors and site teams
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
Drive delivery in line with the master programme
Oversee testing, commissioning and final handoverAbout You
Proven experience delivering large-scale mechanical or MEP projects
Strong technical, commercial and leadership skills
Background with Tier One M&E contractors is preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
