You will have previous experience in dealing with members of the public and communicate effectively with all users of the service to the required customer care standards. You will use your own initiative on a daily basis identifying maintenance and repairs and will possess basic handyperson skills. You should have experience in completing paperwork and maintaining records of work. You will be an enthusiastic, self motivated individual and will have a flexible approach to work.
