We're an innovate renewables & heating and compliance business, putting people and communities at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on commercial performance, project delivery and team development.
What you'll do:
* Lead commercial support across contracts
* Manage budgets, forecasts & subcontractor procurement
* Drive performance and ensure compliance
* Support mobilisation of new contracts
What we're looking for:
* RICS membership or relevant degree (desirable)
* Strong leadership & commercial acumen
* Experience in social housing and or renewables works (preferred)
* Excellent communication & analytical skills
