Luton TEAM You’ll be part of a small, fast-paced team that delivers reliable people reporting to stakeholders across the People function and wider business. Working alongside another analyst and reporting to the People Reporting Manager, you’ll manage end-to-end reporting using HR and data systems, while continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and enable self-service. You'll also contribute to both short- and long-term strategic projects, adapting your approach and prioritising effectively to meet stakeholder needs and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. What You'll Be Doing As a People Reporting Analyst, you’ll deliver accurate and timely reporting across the People function, including regular, ad-hoc, and statutory reports. You’ll manage stakeholder requests, ensure clear communication, and refine reports based on feedback. Working closely with the People Reporting Manager, you’ll support key projects by leading end-to-end reporting activity and maintaining governance documentation. You’ll also drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, helping to expand our self-service offering. As your expertise grows, you’ll become a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring reporting solutions are fit for purpose while aligning with the capabilities of our data infrastructure. What You'll Bring To The Team You’ll have experience working with large data sets, extracting and presenting accurate insights using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and HRIS systems. With a strong eye for detail and a good understanding of data governance and GDPR, you’ll ensure high-quality reporting while maintaining confidentiality. You're confident translating complex data into clear reports and communicating with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds. Ideally, you’ll have experience with People data or in an HR setting. You’re organised, deadline-driven, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
