With a 4.8-star Google rating and a loyal local following, we’re now looking for a Marketing Executive who can take our brand to the next level and help us drive more diners through our doors.
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Executive with a proven record of success in the restaurant, hospitality industry. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll create, plan, and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results — increased footfall, stronger brand engagement, and improved sales.
You’ll work approximately 20 hours per week and oversee a small in-house marketing team (graphic designer, coordinator, and digital marketer) to bring your campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to increase restaurant traffic and brand awareness.
* Plan and manage content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing.
* Analyse campaign performance and customer data to continually optimise results.
* Develop local area marketing initiatives — partnerships, leaflet drops, event promotions, and influencer collaborations.
* Lead and brief the creative team to deliver engaging visuals and videos that align with the brand voice.
* Manage budgets and ensure strong ROI on all marketing activity.
* Monitor competitor activity and local dining trends to identify new opportunities.
* Work closely with the restaurant management team to align promotions with sales goals and seasonal events.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven success in marketing within the restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry (minimum 2 years).
* A strong understanding of customer acquisition, digital marketing, and local market growth.
* Hands-on experience with social media marketing, PPC, email campaigns, and influencer engagement.
* Confident in analysing marketing data and KPIs.
* Experience leading or coordinating a small creative or digital team.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
* Self-motivated, creative thinker with a passion for food and hospitality.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
* Proven experience in Market Research and Sales
* Ability to develop and implement effective Marketing Strategies
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
* Relevant experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus
