Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories with a presence in approximately 200 countries and territories. Our stores aim to provide an excellent customer experience by helping customers find products and styling outfits that fit their preferences.
Responsibilities
* Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
* Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interact with customers, educate them on products, build rapport, and foster lasting relationships.
* Maintain store standards (front and back of house), including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries, loss prevention, and health and safety procedures.
* Manage cash and follow company policies for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
* Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and brand lifestyle.
* Excellent communication and a positive, professional attitude.
* Willingness to learn and share product knowledge.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
* High School diploma or equivalent (US candidates).
