Job Overview
• Join our onsite security team in Canary Wharf, working within a cutting-edge Regional Security Control Room (RSCR). As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for CCTV surveillance, security monitoring, incident and management emergency management and escalation. You will play a crucial role in protecting the client's estate, assets, personnel, and events ensuring compliance with security industry standards and supporting the on-site security teams through effective collaboration and communication.
• The RSCR will play a vital role to the security and protection of the client estate as well as it's people, you will play an integral part of the intelligence cycle and information sharing across a UK wide estate and a global travel and risk management team. The RSCR team will be a 1st point of contact for security escalations and will liaise with a valued watckeeper service that actively engages in threat monitoring, real time alerting and intelligence reporting.
