Are you passionate about challenging harmful behaviours and supporting meaningful change? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Co-Facilitator for the nationally delivered Men & Masculinities Programme—a 24-week rolling behaviour change intervention for individuals who have used abusive behaviours in intimate relationships.
As a co-facilitator, you will work alongside a trained Violence Prevention Practitioner to deliver structured group sessions that explore the roots of abusive behaviour, challenge harmful beliefs around masculinity, and support participants in developing healthier, respectful relationships.
Groups take place on a weekly basis, face to face at a designated site.
