The Role
You'll take ownership of a strategic airline account, building long-term relationships, driving growth, and delivering digital transformation at scale. This is a farming role — we're looking for someone who can develop deep client partnerships, identify opportunities, and grow an already significant book of business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a major airline client relationship
* Partner with C-Level stakeholders to drive commercial success and innovation
* Build account strategies that unlock value through digital, design, and technology solutions
* Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term growth
What We're Looking For
* Proven success managing enterprise accounts in the airline sector (ideally UK airlines)
* Strong background in account farming / growth rather than pure new business
* Tech-savvy and confident engaging with senior leadership teams
* Excellent commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
* Flexibility to be onsite at Heathrow 2 days per week
The Package
* Salary up to £170,000 basic
* 66% bonus on top of base
