Are you a Valuer with a great proven track record looking to work for a fantastic independently owned Estate Agency? If yes, our client is a successful and respected Estate Agency that is currently looking for a hungry, driven Valuer to join their expanding team to cover to Bury St. Edmunds area.
The key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations and win new instructions. This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

Sales Valuer requirements:
6. Minimum of 1-year experience in Residential Property Listing
7. Expert local knowledge
8. Highly driven and motivated
9. Well presented with a confident manner
10. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
11. The Full UK driving licence
The Sales Valuer duties will include, but will not be limited to:
12. Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
13. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market
14. Seeking new business opportunities
15. Increasing market share
16. General admin
