Job Title: Lead Clinician- Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist (Experienced Psychotherapists applications welcome)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience plus £3000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £1,500 after one month and another of £1,500 after probation). T&C's apply
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks, 37.5 hours per week
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Clinician - Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to contribute to assessment and intervention plans for pupils. This role offers a chance to shape services and drive positive change.
About the role
The position is based at Red Kite School in the South East. You will join a clinical team facilitating MDT working, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy, embedded within the service structure to promote effective multi-disciplinary collaboration and maximize clinical outcomes.
You will operate within service policies and MDT and Clinical Governance frameworks, supporting service development and quality assurance.
Our clinical teams foster empowering environments where pupils can thrive, always prioritizing their needs. We maintain a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them.

* Post-graduate doctoral qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic) or experienced Psychotherapist
* Registered with HCPC and BPS
* Experience supervising Assistant Psychologists
* Experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities
* Ability to collaborate with key partners
* Sensitivity and conflict resolution skills
* Continuing professional development relevant to the setting
* Significant post-qualification experience with adults and children
* Experience in lecturing/teaching/training
* Skills in data management for service development and projects
