We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused NetSuite Support Consultant to work for a leading NetSuite Partner. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements for client’s NetSuite environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality support to end users.
This will be a Hybrid role with a requirement of 2 days on site in Hampshire
Responsibilities:
* Provide effective 1st and 2nd line support to a large number of Oracle NetSuite users/clients
* Assist with future software implementations and testing for upgrades/releases
* Assist with bundle updates and SDF deployments of products
* Creating and delivering product features and updates webinars, blog posts, and videos.
* Reviewing customers’ system usage and identifying areas to add value to customers.
* Reviewing and updating existing Product documentation and knowledge base.
* Maintaining professional relationships with customers and clients.
* Effectively manage, update and document support cases in line with processes and required standards.
Skills and Competencies
Essential:
* Oracle NetSuite Suite Foundation qualification or be willing to study towards it within the first six months of starting in the position.
* Hands-on experience working with Oracle NetSuite or a similar ERP/Finance solution.
* Background of working within Support/Analyst roles or working within a finance team.
* Customer focused mind set and a drive to add value.
* The ability to effectively query and use AI tools (M365 Co Pilot / Claude )
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to strict deadlines.
