Fabricator (with Basic MIG Welding) Location: York Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 Overtime: Plenty available at 1.5x Pay: Up to £17.00 per hour A well‑established engineering and fabrication company in York is seeking a Fabricator with basic MIG welding experience to join their growing team. This is a hands‑on role working with a wide range of mild steel components, supporting the manufacture of RSJs, doors, canopies, and structural products. Role Overview The successful candidate will work across fabrication processes including operating press and laser machinery, assembling steel components, and carrying out light MIG welding. This is a physically active role requiring good attention to detail, safe working practices, and the ability to work with varying steel thicknesses.
