Availability: Saturdays & Sundays

We are currently seeking experienced Dermatology Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support weekend insourcing clinics in Dorset, helping deliver NHS waiting list initiatives across:
* 2 Week Wait Pathways
* General Dermatology Clinics
* Minor Operations
* Complex Minor Operations
This is an excellent opportunity to join experienced teams delivering high-quality patient care throughout all stages of the perioperative pathway.
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
* Be currently working within an NHS dermatology service
* Have recent, hands-on experience supporting patients within:
* 2 Week Wait pathways
* General Dermatology
* Minor Ops / Complex Minor Ops
* Have been actively undertaking this work for at least 6 months within the past 12 months
Responsibilities include supporting with:
* Preparing patients for minor surgical procedures
* Setting up equipment, instruments and procedure trolleys
* Clinic and treatment room preparation
* Assisting clinicians to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery
