This modern practice is based in Greenwich, London, in a highly accessible location with excellent public transport links and convenient onsite parking. The clinic has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment and expansion, creating a spacious and well-equipped environment for both staff and patients. Facilities include a welcoming and modern reception area, six consultation rooms, dedicated cat and dog wards, dual operating theatres, and additional back-office space. The practice is also equipped with advanced equipment and services, including laparoscopic spays and endoscopy, enabling the team to provide a high standard of clinical care. You’ll be joining a large, friendly, and collaborative veterinary team, including multiple Veterinary Surgeons, experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses, Student Veterinary Nurses, Veterinary Care Assistants, and a dedicated reception team. The practice has built a strong culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing, with daily clinical discussions where all team members are encouraged to contribute and develop their skills. Several team members hold advanced certificates in areas such as surgery and medicine, with further specialisms currently being pursued. Ongoing learning is strongly encouraged, and the practice is supportive of further qualifications, certificates, and professional development. The Role This opportunity would suit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is confident with routine surgery and medical cases and comfortable taking on some sole charge responsibility when required. The team would also welcome candidates who are keen to develop their surgical skills further, including exposure to more advanced procedures.
