What Youll Be Doing No two days are quite the same, but you can expect to: Keep lawns in top condition mowing, edging, feeding and caring for turf Plant, prune and maintain shrubs, trees and seasonal displays Care for herbaceous borders and landscaped areas Shape hedges and maintain formal planting Operate horticultural machinery safely and confidently Help prepare grounds for events and seasonal changes Take real pride in maintaining high presentation standards What Were Looking For Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience Good plant knowledge and an eye for detail A positive, reliable and proactive approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Horticultural qualifications or PA1/PA6 (desirable, not essential) Full UK driving licence (useful for some roles) Whats in It for You?
