We are looking for a precise and hands-on Production Assembler to support the assembly and testing of remote monitoring equipment used in the oil and gas industry. This part-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with an interest in electronics and a methodical approach to technical work.
As a member of our production team, you will play a key role in assembling, inspecting, and testing electronic devices that form the backbone of our field-deployed monitoring systems. Your contributions will directly support the delivery of reliable, high-performance equipment to critical energy infrastructure.

Are you the right person for the job?
Understanding and adherence to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements
Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and focus on product quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Computer literate, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
Hands-on experience with electronics assembly is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of IPC standards, mainly IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610, is a strong advantage
Basic soldering and wiring skills preferred
What will your role look like?
Kitting of materials and assisting in inventory control and management
Assemble electronic components and enclosures to defined technical standards
Conduct functional testing of equipment to ensure proper operation before deployment
Assist in wiring, soldering, and mechanical integration of parts according to engineering specifications
Inspect completed units for quality, accuracy, and consistency
Prepare systems for shipment, including final checks and packaging
Record test results and assembly notes in accordance with documentation procedures
Handle components and equipment safely and maintain a clean, organised workspace
Ensure products manufactured meet ISO9001, ATEX and other industry standards
