Salary: £33,075 – £50,471 (dependent on experience)
* Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create inspiring and thought-provoking geography lessons that align with the national curriculum.
* Support Student Development: Foster both academic and personal growth through effective feedback and tailored support.
* Track Progress: Assess and monitor students' learning to ensure consistent improvement across all levels.
* Collaborate with Colleagues: Take part in cross-departmental projects that enrich the curriculum and school life.
* A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) — though experienced unqualified teachers will also be considered.
* Strong subject knowledge with the ability to connect classroom content to real-world events and challenges.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Experience teaching KS3 to KS5 is desirable, but ECTs are encouraged to apply.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and fieldwork.
