To join the multi-disciplinary Family Help team that will consist of social workers, family help practitioners, psychologists, police community support officers, attendance support officers, speech and language therapists, DWP work coaches, CAMHS workers, adult mental health nurses, health visitors, attendance support officers, youth workers, early years workers, prevent workers, DA workers, housing officers, and other voluntary sector partners with responsibility for early help and child in need functions.
Assess the needs of children and families, analysing information to support the development of care plans. To work closely with children, young people and their families, other staff within the service and partner agencies to provide support and protection for children and young people in need and at risk.
