A growing and ambitious company are seeking a Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident using Adobe Products and enjoys producing high-quality visual content for digital platforms.
On offer is a competitive salary along with a monthly bonus scheme that can take first year earnings to £32,000 – £35,000 OTE. The company also offers a range of incentives including team bonuses, performance rewards and company holidays abroad.
Responsibilities
* Create engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns and marketing materials.
* Design visual assets using Adobe Illustrator.
* Work with the marketing team to develop brand consistent content.
* Edit and prepare graphics for different online platforms.
* Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
* Assist with creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
* Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
* Maintain organised design files and documentation.
Requirements
* Strong experience using Adobe Illustrator (essential).
* Graphic design experience in a professional or freelance capacity.
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and time management skills.
